The content on this website is for general information about our roofing services. It does not replace a binding quote, inspection or technical specification.

Quotes and inspections

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of enquiry. Final prices may change if hidden damage, access issues, material changes or extra work become clear during inspection or repair.

Appointments

We confirm appointments as clearly as possible. Weather, safety, delivery delays or emergencies may require a change of date.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Larger jobs or special materials may require a deposit.

Cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Costs may apply if materials have been ordered or work has already started.

Workmanship

We work carefully with suitable materials and safe working methods. Any workmanship guarantee is confirmed in writing for the individual job.

Liability limits

We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information, existing defects, third-party work, extreme weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
